Please note that our program is for school age kids only (NO pre K).

Please also note that our program does NOT offer any transportation services. Kids will need to be picked up every day by a parent or someone who the parent has listed as being allowed to pick up the child on their Emergency Contact Form.

Cost

Achievers After-School Academy wants to make sure that all families who would like to enroll with us, regardless of income, have access to quality child/after school care.

For this reason, we have partnered with the State of Pennsylvania's Child Care Works (formerly CCIS or Child Care Partnershsip) subsidy program. According to the state's Department of Human Services webpage:

“Child Care Works makes it possible for low-income families to find reliable child care near their home or work and provides financial assistance to help them afford it. Through Child Care Works, families have access to quality care programs that may otherwise be out of their reach.”

The income guidelines to qualify for Child Care Works as of 2025 are below:

In the chart above, for example, if a family of 2 (a single parent and one child) has an annual household income of $42,300 or less, then that family would qualify for Child Care Works subsidies.

Private Pay (Non Child Care Works families)

DHS guidelines require that or private pay rate is equal to but not less than the subsidized rate.

For families that are not enrolled in Child Care Works, we offer scholarships and partial scholarships based on need and a first come basis.
