The acceptance of applicants (families/children who would like to enroll in our after school program) will never be based on race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin, age, or sex.
We will provide equal access to our after school program for any children with disabilities using the most recent, feasible, and economical methods available. These methods include, but are not limited to, bringing in special equipment needed for children with disabilities, and bringing in any specialists (tutors) that are needed for children who are falling behind academically. Structural changes shall be considered only as a last resort among available methods.
Achievers After School Academy will always maintain a fair and equitable work environment. We will encourage fairness and safety, not only in the way that those of us who are running the program interact with the employees, but also in the way that the employees interact with each other. We will make it known to all employees that they are free to come to us if they feel that they are not being treated the way that they feel they should, either by ownership or their fellow employees. Achievers After School Academy will do everything that we can to prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin, age, or sex.
We will provide equal employment opportunities for any applicants with disabilities and we will make any reasonable accommodations to meet the physical or mental limitations of qualified applicants or employees.
