The acceptance of applicants (families/children who would like to enroll in
our after-school program), the provisions of services, and referrals of
clients, shall be made without regard to race (to include hair type, hair

We will provide equal access to our after-school program for any children
with disabilities using the most recent, feasible, and economical methods
available. These methods include, but are not limited to, bringing in special
equipment needed for children with disabilities, and bringing in any
specialists (tutors) that are needed for children who are falling behind
academically. Structural changes shall be considered only as a last resort
among available methods.
Achievers After-School Academy will always maintain a fair and equitable
